pathworQ

an affinity group for lgbtqia+ pathworkers

PathworQ brings LGBTQIA+ Pathworkers together to explore what lives in us as queer people: the joy, the grief, the wisdom, and the places where we learned to say No to ourselves. Together, we find our way back to Yes! To look deeper to reach curiosity and compassion.
Together, we turn collective trauma into shared healing.

this ongoing monthly series starts in january 2027

what is pathwork?

Pathwork is a body of practical spiritual wisdom dedicated to deepening your connection with yourself, others, and Spirit. It guides us toward the Real Self, gently working through the defenses, denial and fear that hold us back from fully living.

The teachings began in 1957, when a woman named Eva Pierrakos started receiving channeled guidance from a source she called "the Guide." These sessions began as small, personal gatherings among friends.

Over more than twenty years, they grew into a deep and wide-ranging collection now known as the Pathwork Guide Lectures. Eva carried on this work until she passed in 1979. Today, her teachings continue to support people around the world who are devoted to inner transformation.

how does pathworq work?

PathworQ is a queer affinity group rooted in the wider Pathwork spiritual community. It offers LGBTQIA+ members a safe space to explore internalized queerphobia as it shows up within the Self, within the queer community, and within a dominant culture shaped by heteronormativity.

how to engage with the lgbtq+ pathwork community

There are several ways to engage with PathworQ. Each month, we come together as a community to explore our deepest longings and the blocks that keep us from fully living them. For those drawn to deeper work, our series of weekend intensives moves through the complete arc of personal and collective transformation. We also welcome straight allies who want to do their own inner work, so they can show up as more grounded and effective partners in collective healing.

upcoming & ongoing offerings

If you’re a member or ally of the global Queer Community looking to focus on exploring Collective Trauma throughout history and transform that wounding into Collective Transformation, welcome!
We hope you will join us for one of the following in this series:

monthly gatherings
starting jan 2027

An ongoing monthly space for the PathworQ community to come together in exploration and connection. Each gathering is an opportunity to look honestly at clearing the blocks that stand in the way of manifesting our longings. We do this both as individuals and as a collective.

bi-monthly intensives
march - july 2027

A deeper dive for those ready to do more sustained inner work. Using the characterology model, we move through the full arc of what it means to be a queer community — exploring safety, nourishment, individuation, trust, and ultimately stepping into our unique callings as leaders of transformation.

straight allyship program
starting feb 2027

An offering for straight allies committed to going beyond surface level support. In small groups, participants do the inner work of transforming internalized queerphobia and building the skills to show up as genuine, grounded partners in collective transformation.

liberating education consists in acts of cognition, not transferrals of information.

“The major goal of this pedagogy is to develop an emancipatory pedagogical process that invites and challenges students to negotiate the world in a thoughtful and critically reflective manner, to expose and engage the tensions in the relationships between the oppressor and the oppressed. The goal is to awaken in the oppressed the knowledge, creativity and constant critical reflective capacities necessary to unveil and understand the power relations responsible for their oppressed marginalization AND through this recognition begin the process of liberation through praxis (never-ending critical reflection and action).”
